A Nihon Falcom revelou em um trailer durante o Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase na terça-feira um remake do jogo original The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, provisoriamente intitulado The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, o 1º em 2025.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky original foi lançado no Japão para PC em 2004. O jogo mais tarde foi lançado no PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 3 e PlayStation Vita.

A XSEED Games localizou e lançou The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky em 2011 para PlayStation Portable. O jogo inspirou o anime The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky (Eiyū Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki) em 2011.

A NIS America lançará o jogo The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak II (The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki II -CRIMSON SiN-) para Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC via Steam, Epic Games Store e GOG em inglês no início de 2025.
